You can now check a student’s pass history prior to approving a pass by going to:
- Search for the student by last name
- Select "View Daily Passes"
- You can then choose to "Cancel Request" or "Close and Continue"
Select which destinations will count against the Student Daily Limit and the Concurrent (Building) Limit. ALL PASSES ARE CURRENTLY CONFIGURED TO COUNT IN THE DAILY LIMIT! You can make these changes by going to:
- Admin
- Advanced Settings
- HallPass Destination Setup
While there you can select Edit to choose which destinations you would like in the limit and create your closures schedule.

Customize Pass Limits for Specific Students. Got a student who needs unlimited passes or maybe one that needs a little less freedom that the rest of the student body. You can now customize those limits by going to
- Students
- Search for the student
- Once in their profile find the “View Hall Pass Settings” Button
- There you can customize the limit for that specific student.

While there you can select Edit to create your closures schedule.
