Select Public Schools are eligible to receive a free Visitor Management System by KIDaccount, the daily school safety & dismissal experts! The school safety grant by KIDaccount will provide a Free Visitor Management (Visitors, Students and Staff) and a free integrated Volunteer System to SELECT schools  who complete the registration. Visitors sign-in using a secure VMS kiosk.
Once approved, a visitor badge will automatically print. The visitor can scan the badge to sign out when leaving.

FAQs

Will my district have to pay for anything?
  • Hardware is not included in the grant. Hardware is required to utilize KIDaccount’s Visitor Management System. However, most hardware, such as iPads and Dymo Printers can be repurposed for use with the KIDaccount system. 
Will I have KIDaccount's VMS for the 2026-27 school year?

Yes. KIDaccount is giving their Visitor Management System to SELECT schools that register for the KIDaccount School Safety Grant. Be sure to fill out the form above by March 31, 2026 to ensure sufficient time for onboarding. 

Can I purchase other KIDaccount products?
