October 2025 New Features and Updates
Add Comments to Passes
- Teachers can now add a note directly to a generated pass after selecting the destination.
- This note field is optional — perfect for adding quick context or instructions.
- When a pass includes a note, you’ll see a gold button on the pass. Click it to view the comment.
Quick Return Options
- We’ve made returning students to their original destination faster than ever. You’ll now see the “Quick Return” option in three key places:
- When a student has arrived and you click the pass — choose “Quick Return” or “Claim.”
- After a student has been claimed — choose “Quick Return,” “Create New Pass,” or “End Pass.”
- When a student checks out via the kiosk — they’ll also have the “Quick Return” option available.
Scheduled Pass Notifications
- All parties involved in a scheduled pass will now automatically receive a notification when a pass has been scheduled — keeping everyone in the loop and improving communication.
